The inaugural North Atlantic Flux took place at Hull2017 the UK City of Culture where our team created and curated a festival that brought together the twin cities of Reykjavik and Hull during the UK's headline cultural event with American singer songwriter and Reykjavik resident John Grant.
Bringing together 47 artists over 6 venues across 4 amazing days it was a massive success, and already regarded as one of the stand out events of the City of Culture project. We now want to grow the project as a touring but rooted international development platform for promoting The Nordics and UK collaboration using music and artists as a conduit to create deep, meaningful connections between cities.
